Requirements for Adding an Exchange to the Monitoring List

To have your exchange service listed on our monitoring platform, it must meet a number of essential criteria ensuring quality, reliability, and user convenience.

2. Currency Reserve: The total reserve of exchangeable directions must be at least 5,000 USD (or equivalent).

3. Rate Export: The exchange must provide an export XML file with up-to-date currency rates (in a format compatible with monitoring systems).

4. Reputation: The exchange must have no negative reviews or unresolved conflicts with users.

5. Design and Usability: The website must have a high-quality, modern design and be mobile-friendly.

6. Contact Information: The website must include up-to-date contact details — such as email, feedback form, Telegram, live chat, or other communication channels.

7. SSL Certificate (HTTPS): To ensure the security and privacy of users.

8. Public Offer and Exchange Rules: The website must clearly present terms of service and a privacy policy.

9. Active Customer Support: The exchange must provide prompt responses to inquiries and quick resolution of any issues.
